The Friends of Thayer Public Library
hosted a gala Evening of Celebration on Friday, October 23, 2009 to
celebrate the 10th anniversary of our library building. Almost
200 happy guests participated in a live and silent auction with an Italian
dinner prepared by our own personal chefs, wine tasting, classical guitar
and dancing till midnight. By all accounts, it was a wonderful evening
with all proceeds benefiting Thayer Public Library.
