convenient for you!
The Computer
Series
Whether you are new to computers or just want to use them more effectively, this series will get you on your way. Participants will learn how to navigate their way around an Internet Web page, use various ways to select options that are common to Web pages, cut and paste, enter search terms, and fill in on-line forms. Learn the basics of saving files and printing and find out what various types of software can do for you. There will be an introduction to the Internet and using Search Engines. Participants should have a basic familiarity with using a keyboard and mouse.
If you need to brush up on your skills with the mouse before coming to a class, please ask the librarian about
the self-directed
tutorial that you can use to practice at your convenience.
